Anaverde Hills School opened in August 2005 on a temporary site. In August of 2013, the school was relocated on the permanent site. In April of 2010 Anaverde Hills Elementary School was named a California Distinguished School based on the outstanding academic achievement during the 2008-2009 school year. Anaverde Hills has 21 general education classrooms and three SDC classrooms ranging from Kindergarten through eighth grade, a resource and speech teacher, an ESL aide, and a librarian.

Completed Ground Up Electrical Project In Palmdale
This was a Ground Up project new school site in Palmdale, CA for WUSD. Project included all associated site work and utility infrastructure. The construction included core building containing : Administration, Multi-Purpose Room, Serving Kitchen, Classrooms, Library, and associated support spaces.
