Avalon Business Center EastIndustrial Electrical Project in ValenciaCLE provided all power and phone conduit requirements, installed owner furnished equipment, including power supply and final power hook-ups for the tenant improvement of this 23,000 square foot industrial building. All new LED light fixtures, transformer, and panels were furnished. Scope included sawcutting and coring, relocation of transformer, and Title 24 acceptance testing certification.
Title 24 CertificationTitle 24 energy efficiency lighting certification was also provided by CLE.
