Includes the Building Tenant Improvement Work in existing first floor, with a total of 5,375 SF to the existing 18,511 SF of Production offices in a Building Type VB two story. Scope of work includes site concrete work, interior walls to be framed, Interior Finishes, All Structural Concrete, Steel, Roof, and Floor Joints. Includes New Restrooms, and All Work required for plumbing, HVA, Electrical, Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Systems.
